How We Protect It
We use Egress / KnowBe4 secure email to store and transmit personal and special category data in line with UK GDPR requirements.
How Long We Keep It
We keep children’s records until the child reaches 25, or 6 years from discharge. Adult records are kept for 8 years from discharge. Financial records are kept for 6 years. All other records are kept only as long as legally required.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to marketing and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights please contact us directly.
